Tilt shift lens effect – part 2

Tilt shift lens is a very cool effect. Usually done with a real tilt-shift lens, but right now you can achieve this effect with your favorite image editor. I did this with fireworks so it’s not a real perfect effect. But I guess I am near in achieving that with this image and the other post.
